GMT Home Designs’ work recognized at region’s largest award program.

Ashland, MA, October 24, 2005 — The Builders Association of Greater Boston (BAGB) recently recognized housing industry professionals for excellence in building, design, sales and marketing at the region’s largest awards program, The 2005 Prestigious Results in Sales & Marketing Awards (PRISM). During the ceremony, local builders and communities were awarded in forty-four different categories.

“Each year the PRISM Awards honors the best in our field,” said Debra Grillo-Burke, PRISM Committee Chairperson. “Our winners this year once again prove that New England is home to some of the most talented builders and beautiful communities.”

GMT Home Designs’ work received the Gold Award in the categories of “Best Remodeling/Restoration under $250,000”. The award-winning project was performed in Dover, Massachusetts. There were over 220 entries for the 2005 PRISM Awards. In order to be eligible for an award, projects had to be started and completed between June 2003 and June 2005. In addition, each entrant had to be a member of BAGB or a Massachusetts-based company involved in the design or building industry.

Six design professionals from around the country judged the entrants. Judging was based on “Before and After” photography and a project marketing statement. The judges also took into consideration the design and creativity of each project.
