Background:
Glenn M. Travis, the principal designer and owner of GMT Home Designs, has worked in the design and construction field for the past twenty-three years.
Glenn first developed a love for design and construction in his youth growing up in southern New Hampshire. He came to Boston to attend Wentworth Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering.
Since 1999, when Glenn founded GMT Home Designs, he has provided residential design services to clients in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, and California.
Glenn’s passion for design and engineering as a young man has translated into the type of work he provides for his clients today. He has a great appreciation for attention to detail, quality design, and for both modern design principles and the traditional architectural styles of New England.
Regional chapters of national industry organizations have recognized Glenn’s work, presenting him with honors for outstanding design. See awards.

Glenn Travis
PresidentGlenn’s long-time passion for residential design is clear in his work for GMT’s clients. He has a great appreciation for the importance of even the smallest detail and relishes tackling design challenges for all home styles, from contemporaries to New England’s traditional architecture. Glenn received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and has also served as President of the Eastern Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (EMNARI). He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for EMNARI.
Janice Hunt
ArchitectJanice has been a registered architect in Massachusetts for 20 years. Janice has experience designing houses and remodeling in Boston and Florida in the 90's. With over a decade of experience designing interior office space for State Street Bank, Hancock Insurance, a couple of radio stations, and even some retail; Janice is also a licensed Interior Designer.
Deborah Massaro
InternDeborah will be a senior this upcoming fall studying architecture at Wentworth Institute of Technology. From an early age, Deborah always loved building houses with LEGO's and fell in love with the idea of creating spaces she knew architectural design would be her field of choice. Besides her love for design, she is also a dedicated captain of her tennis team and involved in a variety of clubs on campus. Deborah is very excited to start her internship here at GMT Home Designs.
