Meet the Team

Glenn M. Travis
Glenn has a love for both modern design and traditional New England architectural styles. He loves fly fishing, his three amazing kids, and wife Carrie (who works at GMT coincidently). What people love about Glenn is his passion for his work, rigorous attention to detail, and his great hugs (try one you will see what we are talking about). Glenn received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Carrie Travis
Carrie worked in the construction industry for 6 years after being a stay at home mom. With experience in the build side of the industry she brings valuable knowledge to GMT. She has been married to Glenn for over 20 years and has a blast working with him, their son, and the team. Her passion for helping others and love of beautiful and thoughtful design has been a great benefit to the company.

Architect
Patricia Kendall
Tricia loves solving architectural puzzles from the initial design concept through the final stages of construction to provide spaces that fit the lives of contemporary families. Originally from Iowa, she came to Boston to attend graduate school at Harvard, fell in love with New England, and stayed. When not in the office, Tricia can be found working on house renovations with her husband, hanging out with her two art, science, and construction oriented kids, or playing fetch with her frisbee-loving dog.

ARCHITECT, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C
Nicholas Hubeny
Nico would describe his style as a mix of mid century modern meets industrial meets maximalist. He hopes to one day work on modular home designs. In his spare time you can catch Nico listening to a true crime podcast, watching a horror movie or learning a new art skill. He recently started tufting rugs and loves spending most of his time creating funky rug designs. Nico is a graduate of the architecture program at Umass Amherst, with a focus in art and building construction technology

Having recently moved to New England from South Carolina, he now enjoys trial blazing the New England states and snowboarding. Victor studied at Norwich University, where he received both his Bachelors and Masters degree in Architecture.
