GMT Home Designs, Inc teams up with Goodfellas Construction and named EM NARI 2010 Contractor of the Year.
Ashland, MA, November 21, 2010 - The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) has named GMT Home Designs along with Goodfellas Construction 2010 EM NARI Contractor of the Year (COTY) in the Residential Specialty Remodeling category at its annual awards competition. GMT HD president, Glenn M. Travis accepts this award alongside Goodfellas Construction of Worcester, MA - the contractor on the project.
Contractors from around the state of Massachusetts vie for COTY Awards on an annual basis, and all winners will be eligible for National COTY Awards at NARI's Evening of Excellence.
An impartial panel of judges who are experts within the industry and associated fields, select winners based on each participants "before and after" photography, plans, and project descriptions. This year the judges worked evaluating a number of incredible projects.
Judging was based on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftmanship, innovation, degree of difficulity and entry presentation. To be considered for a COTY Award, a company must be a NARI member in good standing. NARI members represent an elite group from the approximately 800,000 companies and individuals in the U.S. identifying themselves as remodelers.
