A tight seller's market has been the leading narrative on homebuying over the past few years, and as a result we see more renovation happening. Lots of people choosing to remodel their existing home or purchase a tear down and replace it with a custom built home. Our 3D renderings are so realistic that our client can see exactly what their new home will look like in stunning detail.
These homes feature an outdoor living area with outdoor kitchen, a growing trend, and a double sided fireplace which it shares with the great room.
The kitchen is open to a large family room, containing a butler's pantry, large island and eat in breakfast nook that takes advantage of the beautiful views. There's a junior master suite on first floor and oversized windows in the great room that let in tons of light. We always try to take advantage of the southern exposure to get the most light into the kitchen and living areas as possible.
The exterior design uses natural materials (stone) to ground the house to the site. A graceful wrap around stone staircase frames the outdoor space.
